We are pleased to announce that the National Association of Municipalities of Albania has finalized the preparation of the Strategic Plan and the Regulation of the Training Unit, an important step for the institutional and professional strengthening of the Association!
These documents, drafted within the framework of the #RCDN project, funded by #GIZ and with the support of #NALAS, represent a strong basis for the long-term development of the Association and for the provision of quality and sustainable training for member municipalities.
The Strategic Plan defines the priority directions and objectives for strengthening the role of the Association in supporting municipalities and representing their interests.
The Training Unit Regulation ensures the structured and efficient functioning of training for municipal staff, focusing on real needs and local capacities.
These developments are a concrete step towards further professionalization and building a more effective, sustainable and closer to municipalities Association!
