The National Association of Municipalities of Albania participated in the “EU Fundraising and Project Development” training, organized by #NALAS, with a focus on project development and identification of #EU funding opportunities.
From the training:
We learned about EU programs and open calls for funding;
We discussed the most common mistakes in project preparation;
We deepened our knowledge of project cycle management;
We practiced project development with the logic matrix approach;
We drafted the first drafts of applications with all the necessary components for the INTERREG ADRION call; and
We created new international partnerships.
This training significantly contributes to increasing capacities for developing successful projects and strengthening regional cooperation.
