We started the training cycle on Public Asset Management in the city of Vlora, with the participation of representatives from the municipalities of the Fier district: Patos Municipality, Roskovec Municipality, Mallakaster Municipality, “Lushnje Municipality” and Divjakë Municipality.

During the two intensive days of training, participants engaged in interactive sessions on the concepts, practices and challenges of public asset management, with a focus on strategic planning, long-term maintenance and efficient use of resources.

This training is part of the program “Development of Competencies for Local Government Employees in Public Asset Management”, within the framework of the project “Regional Capacity Development Network for Water and Sanitation Services (#RCDN)” funded by #GIZ and supported by #NALAS.

The cycle will be followed by two other trainings, aiming to increase local capacities for sustainable management of public assets.
