Meeting of the Steering Committee of the Local Finance Forum

We organized the next meeting of the Steering Committee of the Local Finance Forum, where a number of important issues for strengthening local finances and increasing the capacities of local government were discussed.

The focus of the discussions were:

Review and approval of the first draft of the Work Plan 2025–2026 – a guiding document that sets out the priorities and main activities for the coming year.

Draft Agenda of the Local Finance Forum Meeting – intended as a space for cooperation and dialogue between local governments

Discussion on the Law on Local Self-Government Finance – with a focus on articles and procedures that need changes and improvements, to guarantee more efficiency.

This activity was organized with the support of the Swiss Government #SDC and the regional network NALAS
