SHKBSH organized today the meeting of the Local Finance Forum, an important space for discussion and cooperation between municipalities on key issues of local financial management.

During the meeting, discussions were held on the 2025–2026 Work Plan, with a focus on:

local revenues

intergovernmental transfers

financial management and audit

Municipal representatives shared experiences, challenges and concrete ideas to improve local financial policies.

Subsequently, through group work, the priorities of the municipalities for the 2026 Budget and Fiscal Package were identified. This comprehensive process contributes to strengthening transparency, efficiency and a shared vision for local financial development.

The meeting concluded with the presentation of these priorities, laying the foundations for clear steps towards better financial management at the local level.
