After the stops in Vlora and Elbasan, the training cycle on Public Asset Management within the framework of the RCDN project, funded by #GIZ and implemented by the National Association of Municipalities (#SHKBSH) with the support of #NALAS, continued in the city of Tirana on September 18–19.
Representatives from: Dibër Municipality Official Website, Bulqizë Municipality Official Website, Mat Municipality Official Website, Klos Municipality Official Website and @bashkiakurbin participated in this session.
The training provided advanced knowledge and practical tools for improving local governance, aiming to increase transparency, strengthen strategic planning and guarantee sustainable management of public assets.
This session also marked the closing of the regional phase of the program, consolidating the commitment of municipalities to building local capacities and providing better quality services to citizens.
