First Meeting of the Migration and Diaspora Forum & Presentation of the LNM Platform
The National Association of Municipalities of Albania (NAMA), in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), organized the first meeting of the Migration and Diaspora Forum, along with the presentation of the Digital Platform of the Local Network on Migration (LNM).
The meeting brought together representatives of municipalities from across the country, serving as a common dialogue space for strengthening inter-institutional cooperation and addressing migration and diaspora issues at the local level.
During the discussions, the role of the Forum and the LNM platform as key instruments for a coordinated, comprehensive and sustainable approach was emphasized. SHKBSH reaffirms its commitment to support local government through dialogue, capacity building and cooperation with national and international partners, in the function of local development and the well-being of communities
