Together for a stronger and results-oriented performance system!
The National Association of Municipalities of Albania held a workshop on the topic:
“Performance Indicators in the Field of Social Services & the Register of Services in the Field of Economic Development”
In a hybrid meeting, the Performance Forum, the Social Affairs Forum and the Local Finance Forum came together to discuss the strengthening of the National Performance Measurement System (SMP).
Integration of new indicators in the field of social services and child protection, in accordance with Law no. 139/2015 and Law no. 18/2017, with a focus on institutional capacities and concrete results for citizens.
Presentation of the Performance Monitoring Model and Public Services Registry, with a focus on strategic planning, public procurement management and support for SMEs.
The meeting marked an important step towards a more measurable, transparent and results-oriented system at the local level.
The activity was held with the support of the Strong Municipalities Project funded by the Swiss Development & Cooperation (SDC) Embassy of Switzerland in Albania and the Embassy of Sweden in Tirana, and implemented by Helvetas
