Dr. Flamur Golemi was born in Gjirokastra, on April 11, 1976.

He completed his higher education at the University of Tirana for General Medicine, in the years 1996-2002. He worked as a doctor in primary care in Gjirokastra for two years and then continued his studies in Ophthalmology. He started working as an ophthalmologist at the Regional Hospital of Gjirokastra, at the “Athens Eye Clinic”, and as an external lecturer at the “Eqerem Çabej” University.
