He was born on January 3, 1967.

He graduated from Maliq High School in 1986.

He completed his higher education at the Korca Higher Agricultural Institute, in the years 1986-1990.

He worked as an agricultural specialist at the Korça Pastures Enterprise in the Vreshtas, Pojan, Liqenas, Moglicë sectors in the period 1990-1995.

He had a private business in the period 1995-2000.

From 2000 onwards, Mayor of Maliq Municipality.

He is married to Mrs. Filloreta Topçiu and has two children, Joriana and Raldo.

Political Career:
