Mr. Rexhe Byberi was born on March 31, 1959 in the village of Shoshan in Tropoja.

After high school, he worked in agricultural economies in his area and in the SMT of the city of Bajram Curri. At the beginning of the democratic system of 1992, which is based on individual freedom, he worked as an economist in the Municipality until 2000. In 2000, he ran for Mayor of the Municipality of Margegaj, where he received massive support.

In addition to his work as an economist, he graduated as a History-Geography teacher and as a Law teacher.

He has participated in various seminars and trainings related to the social nomenclature that have been held in Albania but also in EU countries. Mr. Byberi served as Mayor of the Municipality of Margegaj from 2000-2015.
