Announcement of the call postponement
The deadline for applying to the call Invitation for Proposals! The project “Empowering Municipalities for Transparent CSO Grants”, SHKBSH invites interested entities to express their interest in the production and printing of materials is postponed.
The new deadline for applications is March 19, 2026.

The National Association of Municipalities of Albania is implementing the project “Empowering Municipalities for Transparent CSO Grants” within the framework of the Regional Programme on Local Democracy in the Western Balkans 3 (ReLOaD3), which is funded by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), supporting municipalities in developing transparent funding mechanisms for CSOs, in order to improve the provision of services to citizens in the local community. Within the framework of this project, SHKBSH invites interested entities to express their interest in the production and printing of branded materials including: folders, pens, notepads, brochures and roll-ups, with the project and donor logos, for use during trainings, workshops and meetings, in order to promote the project’s identity. The design of the materials will be provided by SHKBSH according to the branding manual.
Conditions for participation:
All interested entities must submit their offer according to the general conditions and technical specifications in the table below of this invitation by March 19, 2026, to the e-mail address: [email protected] or to the postal address: Rr. “Ibrahim Rugova”, Green Park Complex, Tower 2, Tirana.

General technical specifications:
The materials must be qualitative, durable and clearly printed.
The project and donor logo must be visible and according to the branding manual that will be provided by SHKBSH.
The submission of materials must be made within 04.2026, to the address: Rr. “Ibrahim Rugova”, Green Park Complex, Tower 2, Tirana
General conditions:
Subjects must be registered and regularly licensed with the required services as their object of activity;
Registered entities with activity in the territory of the Republic of Albania are preferred.
The submission of the offer will be made only via email to the organization’s address info@shkb,al within 19.03.2026 or to the postal address “Ibrahim Rugova”, Green Park Complex, Tower 2, Tirana. Offers will not be accepted in person.
The payment of the entity is made by bank transfer after receiving the service and issuing the relevant invoice.
In its offer, the bidder must provide full contact details. Also, the bidders, in addition to the completed Financial Offer, which must be in ALL and VAT identified in the cost/price, must also submit the following documents:
License for the exercise of the activity or Extract of the Central Bank obtained up to one day before posting the offer;
Financial offer for each set according to the table above.
Bank account number.
The operator offering the service at the lowest price and in accordance with the technical specifications according to the invitation, will be notified to sign the contract.
