Call for Experts from RCDN PoT: Organization of 4 Thematic Meetings of NAMA’s WSS Committee
NAMA (National Association of Municipalities of Albania) invites experts from the RCDN Pool of Trainers (PoT) to apply for the assignment as Expert for the organization and facilitation of 4 thematic meetings of the Water Supply and Sanitation (WSS) Committee, as part of its engagement in the national dialogue mechanism, in cooperation with SHUKALB in the framework of the RCDN (Regional Capacity Development Network) project implemented with the support of NALAS and GIZ.
Objective of the Assignment
The Expert will be engaged to:
- Organize and facilitate 4 thematic meetings (2 per year during 2025–2026) of the WSS Committee, covering topics such as:
- Human Resources Management
- Wastewater and Sludge Management (in cooperation with SHUKALB)
- Prepare the technical documentation and materials for each meeting, in line with RCDN’s Quality Standards for capacity development.
- Draft summary reports and recommendations based on discussions and the positions of Local Government Units (LGUs), to be channelled through the national dialogue platform.
