National Association of Municipalities (NAMA) is a voluntary and independent union of Municipalities of Albania, contributing towards greater autonomy through the strengthening and development of democratic structures and mechanisms in the organization and functioning of local government. With the support of the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC) and of the Network of local government Associations in South East Europe (NALAS), NAMA has started the implementation of the project “Supporting National Association of Municipalities of Albania”, as part of “One Voice of LGAs in Albania – Phase II” project.
Within this project, NAMA will organize the Local Democracy Forum that brings together leaders from central and local levels, international partners, representatives of civil society and interest groups to exchange best practices and strengthen local democracy with the aim of accelerating the integration process and improving the quality of public services across the country.
Therefore, NAMA will engage event management company that will provide technical contribution during the process of preparing the event and related products..
Who can apply
This call is open on equal terms to companies/organizations that operate in Albania and in the respective area. The company must be actively involved throughout the entire duration of the contract.
Application
Application must include documents proving technical capacities as set in the Terms of Reference and the financial offer as per the template provided. More specifically, applications must include:
- Registration extract from Business registration Centre
- Technical proposal (how it will organize the event, team structure, risk management).
- Portfolio/experience in similar events
- Detailed financial offer by service items as per the template attached.
Deadline for submission of application is 20 February 2026.
Applications can be submitted by email at [email protected] and the title of the email should be Event Management of Local Democracy Forum or by hand at Rruga “Ibrahim Rugova”, Kompleksi “Green Park” Kulla 2, Kati 6, Tirane.
Evaluation
The evaluation of applications will be made based on technical capacities, including overall qualifications (30%) and previous experience (50%), and best quality/price criteria (20%).
Notification
The contracting authority will inform all applicants simultaneously and individually of the award decision.
