National Association of Municipalities in Albania (NAMA/SHKBSH), within the framework of the project “Safe Together Albania: Women Alliances Leading the Way in Survivor Protection”, funded under the CERV Programme of the European Union, invites qualified economic operators to submit quotations for the printing of the Municipal Service Gap Assessment Reports for the municipalities of Durrës and Shkodër.
The contract aims to produce high-quality printed publications that will support the dissemination of the assessment findings among municipalities.
Who can apply
This call is open, under equal conditions, for:
- Printing companies;
- Publishing companies;
- Communication and promotional material service providers;
- Other economic operators legally registered to provide printing services.
Application
Applicant must include documents providing technical capacities as set in Terms of Reference and the financial offer.
Deadline for submission:
23 July 2026, 17:00 (local time)
Applications must be submitted to the Contracting Authority no later than 23 July 2026,at 17:00 (local time). Applications must include all required application documents listed above and may be submitted as follows:
- by post or by courier service, in which case the evidence shall be constituted by the postmark or the date of the deposit slip, to:
