Mayor Nuri Belba was born in the village of Skroskë, Prrenjas Municipality on July 4, 1964.

Nuri Belba was born in Skroskë, Librazhd, on July 4, 1964. He completed his higher education at the University of Elbasan “Aleksandër Xhuvani”, Faculty of Economics, Finance-Accounting branch. From 1992 to 2005, he served as head of the Administrative Office of the Archives in the municipality of Qukës.

During the years 2006-2007, he served as the Finance Inspector in the municipality of Qukës. From 2008 and for 6 consecutive years, he worked as a credit analyst in the FAF company. For two years, 2014-2016, he was Regional Director in Elbasan. During the years 2015-2017, he was Deputy Mayor of Prrenjas Municipality. After the 2017 elections, he was elected deputy of Elbasan District for two years. Currently, he is the mayor of Prrenjas Municipality.

Mr. Belba is married and has three children, two daughters and a son.
