The National Association of Municipalities is pleased to invite you to browse the position paper prepared within the framework of the #ProSUMP project funded by #GIZ and implemented by #SHKB on the integration of urban mobility into national policies.

Despite current efforts, most municipalities have not yet implemented Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMP). For a greener Albania and more liveable cities, it is essential that the legislation adapts and provides support to municipalities.
