Ms. Emiriana Sako completed her higher education between 2002–2008 at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, earning a Master of Science degree.
In 2011–2012, she attended Roma Tre University in Rome, completing a professional Master’s program in Housing – “New Ways of Living Between Innovation and Transformation.”
Ms. Sako has also undertaken a series of important trainings, including the one organized by the U.S. Department of State: International Exchange Alumni, International Visitor Leadership Program, focusing on Persons with Disabilities, as well as an Energy Audit training organized by Polis University in Tirana.
Ms. Emiriana Sako is a professional architect with over 12 years of progressive work experience, contributing significantly to the development of the city of Durrës.
She has participated in all major projects in Durrës, collaborating with well-known international studios. She is one of the drafters of the General Local Plan and a co-designer of several major urban projects in the city.
During her 12 years of work at the Municipality of Durrës, Ms. Sako has served in the Directorate of Planning and Territorial Development, later as Director of Services, General Director of Services, and subsequently as Deputy Mayor of Durrës Municipality.
Mr. Fisnik Qosja was born on June 8, 1988, in Kavajë. He lives and works in Kavajë, is married, and is the father of a son. He is a lawyer by profession, an entrepreneur, and is also known for his early involvement in politics.
Throughout his professional career, he has successfully held important administrative positions in the state administration and served as Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Kavajë.
Mr. Qosja has been actively engaged in the Democratic Party from a very young age, first as a member of the Youth Forum, later for many years as Chairman of this Forum in Kavajë. He has served as a Member of the Municipal Council of Kavajë and was included in the multi-name candidate lists for Member of the Parliament of Albania in the 2017 and 2021 elections.
