The National Association of Municipalities of Albania participates in the opening of the 33rd Session of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe. The main theme of the 3-day proceedings of this congress will be “Decentralization Policy for a Successful Integration of Immigrants”, especially that of children and young people. For this, several examples from the region will be presented, but during this session, a number of different European issues will also be discussed by the members, such as the latest developments in the region of Catalonia.
