At the “Diaspora Dialogue Day” conference in Germany, together with colleagues from Kosovo and Germany, the President of Albania, the Minister of Diaspora of Kosovo, the Mayor of Cologne, and representatives of the diaspora business community, we discussed joint projects related to sectoral needs for potential engagement of the diaspora in strategic investments in our countries.
