#SHKBSH represented by the Executive Director Ms. Adelina Farrici participated in the conference “Building bridges between local and central governments: multi-level governance in the Western Balkans”, organized by SIGMA NALAS.
The conference brought together representatives from local and central governments in the region, providing a valuable platform for exchanging experiences on:
decentralization
local finances
and the role of local government in European integration
During the discussions, we shared ideas, challenges and good practices to strengthen inter-institutional cooperation and build a more transparent, efficient and citizen-friendly administration.
