Last week we successfully concluded the training on the LOD methodology, dedicated to the staff of Tepelenë Municipality – Official Website and Gjirokaster Municipality.
🔎 The focus of this session was grant management and practical ways to design quality and sustainable projects. 💬✨
🔍 The main topics included:
✔️ Project planning in line with local and European Union priorities 🇪🇺
✔️ Needs assessment and formulation of measurable objectives
✔️ Getting to know EU funding sources
💡 Participants engaged in practical exercises such as problem tree and objective tree, strengthening their skills in developing well-structured and impactful projects.
📌 The training was held within the project
“Empowering Municipalities for Transparent Grants for CSOs”,
supported by UNDP Albania within the framework of the #ReLOaD3 Program, with funding from the European Union.
