🌍♻️ Meeting of the Steering Board of the Energy, Climate and Urban Mobility Forum
Within the framework of the Energy, Climate and Urban Mobility Forum, the National Association of Municipalities of Albania organized the meeting of the Steering Board, with the participation of its members and experts🤝
💬 During the meeting, we discussed and finalized the recommendations for the structure of the Local Climate Change Adaptation Plans, taking an important step towards supporting municipalities in planning local policies for a more sustainable and resilient development to climate challenges. 🌱🌦️
📋 Also, the Forum’s work plan for the next three years was discussed and approved, with a focus on strengthening cooperation between municipalities, exchanging best practices and advancing the energy, climate and urban mobility agenda. 🚲⚡🏙️
This activity was organized within the framework of the project “Strengthening the National Association of Municipalities of Albania”, with the funding of the 🇨🇭 Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) Embassy of Switzerland in Albania Swiss Development & Cooperation and the support of 🌐 NALAS, in order to strengthen the role of local government and build more sustainable communities.
