Central Government Consultative Council: The recommendations of the SHKBSH have been taken into consideration and reflected in the revised acts

📌 At the Consultative Council between the Central Government and Local Self-Government During yesterday’s meeting, we discussed several important draft acts concerning local government—specifically those regarding the County Prefect, the State Forestry Enterprise, social housing, employment, and the mining sector. 🤝 We welcome the fact that the recommendations put forward by the National Association of Municipalities were taken into account and incorporated into the revised drafts—most notably those concerning the County Prefect and the State Forestry Enterprise. Ongoing cooperation and dialogue between central and local government are essential for drafting policies and legal acts that effectively address citizens’ needs. Integrating proposals from municipalities makes the consultation process more meaningful and concrete. We will continue to contribute through proposals and recommendations aimed at strengthening the role of municipalities and improving services for citizens.
