📢 Concluding Meeting of the “Empowering ShKBSh” Project! Throughout 2026, with the support of the Swiss Embassy and NALAS, ShKBSh worked on strengthening the Association’s structures and advancing decentralization. At this concluding meeting, we presented: 📊 An analysis of local pre-university education financing—conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and Economy (MFE)—focusing on 5 pilot municipalities and drawing comparisons with European practices. 🤝 Examples of good practices in inter-municipal cooperation from Korça, Pogradeci, Maliqi, and Shkodra. Thank you to all our partners and the municipalities for your contributions and commitment toward stronger, more efficient local governance! 🏛️ #ShKBSh #LocalGovernance #Cooperation #LocalEducation #NALAS #SwissEmbassy
