He was born in Belsh, on 15.04.1968. After graduating from the Higher Agricultural Institute, he received the title of Senior Agronomist. During the years 2000-2011, he was the Mayor of Belsh Municipality, 2011-2013, he managed his private business and then in the years 2013-2015, he was appointed as the Director of the Regional Directorate of the Forest Service of Elbasan County. In June 2015, he was elected Mayor of Belsh Municipality. In the elections of 30.06.2019, he was reconfirmed as Mayor of Belsh Municipality.
