Mr. Andis Salla was born in Shtërmen, Elbasan, on February 3, 1988.

He completed his higher studies in law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana.

He qualified in 2014 as a lawyer at the National Chamber of Advocates and has a number of work experiences as a lawyer and later as Director of the Penitentiary Institution in Elbasan.
