Eduard Duro was born on February 14, 1976, in Devoll. He completed his studies at the “Fan S. Noli” University, Korça, Faculty of Economics, Marketing Management Department, in the years 1997-2001. Previously, he completed the “Nesim Kaçani” Gymnasium in Miras, in the years 1990-1994. He is married to Mrs. Ermira Duro (Lukra) and lives in the city of Bilisht. Representative of the Socialist Party of Albania and its member since 1994. Eduard Duro has extensive work experience in administration and the private sector. His career began as Head of the Finance Office in the Miras Municipality in the years 2001-2003. He worked as a Control and Evasion Inspector at the Devoll Tax Branch in the years 2003-2007, then as a Customs Agent for the DEAN Agency shpk at the Kapshtica Customs Branch in the years 2007-2019. Currently, acting Mayor of Devoll Municipality.
