Born in Bicaj, Kukës in 1979, married and father of four children, residing in Bicaj.

He completed high school in his hometown in 1998 with excellent results.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana, Business Administration branch, in 2002.

He began his professional career in 2003 – 2014 at the Kukës Regional Tax Directorate, where he performed various tasks in the implementation of tax laws and practices in force.

In the years 2014-2016, he held the position of Director of the Kukës Health Directorate.

During the years 2016-2020, he continued his professional career as Director of the Kukës Regional Tax Directorate.

From 2020 onwards until July 2023, he worked at the Tirana Regional Tax Directorate in the position of Director of Tax Control.

In July 2023, he was appointed to the position of Prefect of the Kukës District.

He has completed a series of professional trainings where he has been certified mainly in the field of tax legislation and social security.

His political commitment to the Socialist Party has been constant, effective and continuous over the years.
