Ms. Majlinda Cara, born on January 17, 1983, is married and has two daughters.

Ms. Cara has completed higher education at the “Luigj Gurakuqi” University of Shkodër, Faculty of Social Sciences, as well as a professional Master in Educational Management. She also holds a “Master of Science in Criminal Law” degree and has completed various qualifications in the field of education and public administration.

Her work experience begins with teaching in schools in the city of Laç, to continue further in the Municipal Council of Kurbin Municipality. During the period 2014-2019, Ms. Cara headed the Kurbin Education Office.

Ms. Cara has been part of various social organizations with a main focus on women and the empowerment of their role in decision-making.
