Fation Duro is the Mayor of Patos Municipality. He was born in Patos, on January 20, 1988. He completed his 8-year education at the “Hekuran Maneku” school and his secondary education at the “Lefter Talo” general secondary school.

He completed his higher education at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, where he graduated in “Electrical Engineering”. At the same faculty, he also completed his Master’s studies in electrical engineering, energy profile.

With 12 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering, Duro has been a designer, evaluator and project manager in several important investments. He has worked as an electrical engineer at Shimani SHPK, CSC SHPK, etc. He has also been the head of the agency at the Regional Directorate of OSHEE Fier, where he has exercised this duty for 6 years. Duro has also been the head of the meter reading and management branch at the Regional Directorate of the Distribution System Operator Fier.

Fation Duro has been leading the Patos Municipality since June 2023.
