Adriatik Maliq Zotkaj (born July 21, 1966). He holds the position of Mayor of Poliçan. He has held this position since 2004, when he won his first term, and then in 2007, he won his second term, running for the PBDNJ. He was reconfirmed by the vote of his fellow citizens for the third and fourth time at the head of the Poliçan Municipality, as a representative of the Socialist Party.

He is known throughout the city of Poliçan as a man who has changed the face of this city with his hard work. He also enjoys the title of “Honorary Citizen” of the city of Poliçan.
