The National Association of Municipalities of Albania (NAMA), within the framework of the Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) for Water and Sanitation Services, invites qualified experts from the RCDN Pool of Traainers (PoT) to apply for the position of Expert for preparing the Training Unit Needs Assessment (TNA) document and Action Plan.
The RCDN project aims to strengthen the effectiveness and efficiency of Associations of Public Utilities (APUCs) and Local Government Associations (LGAs) in the Western Balkans, contributing to improved delivery of safe and equitable water and sanitation services, in line with international standards. The project is jointly financed by SECO and BMZ, and administratively embedded in the GIZ Project “Open Regional Fund for Southeast Europe – Modernisation of Municipal Services (ORF MMS)”.
The engaged expert will:
- Develop the Methodology and TNA Template;
- Collect and analyse data on training needs;
- Finalize the Training Unit TNA Report;
- Prepare the Action Plan based on the TNA results.
