🇦🇱🤝🇺🇦 Roskovec welcomed the Ukrainian delegation within the framework of the experience exchange program
The Municipality of Roskovec welcomed a delegation from the Municipality of Letychiv of Ukraine within the framework of the experience exchange program between local government units, with a focus on strengthening institutional cooperation and sharing best practices in local governance and development.
The program was hosted by the Mayor of Roskovec Municipality, Ms. Majlinda Bufi, and with the participation of the Mayor of Letychiv Municipality, Mr. Ihor Tysiachnyi, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Albania, Mr. Volodymyr Shkurov, the Executive Director of the National Association of Municipalities of Albania, Ms. Adelina Farrici, as well as representatives of NALAS.
🌱 During the program, the structure of local government, strategic priorities, planning and provision of public services in the Municipality of Roskovec were presented.
🚜 An important component was the development of agriculture and rural areas, with study visits to greenhouses, livestock farms, olive processing units and the Matkë – Pumping Station irrigation system.
🤝 SHKBSH appreciates and supports initiatives for the exchange of experiences between municipalities, as a key instrument for strengthening local governance and sustainable development of communities.
