The Second Training Session on “Capital Investment Projects in Infrastructure” organized by the Association for Local Autonomy in Vlora is successfully concluded, with the participation of experts from: Vlora Municipality, Gjirokaster Municipality, Himara Municipality, Sarande Municipality, Finiq Municipality, Tirana Municipality as well as experts from Vlora Waterworks, Gjirokaster Waterworks and Himara Waterworks

The participants shared valuable experiences and strengthened their skills in managing and implementing major projects in water supply infrastructure by gaining knowledge on:

How to prepare a capital project that meets the highest standards.

Developing the necessary elements for sustainable projects.

Successful management of all phases of a project, from start to finish.

This activity is part of the “Regional Capacity Development Network” (#RCDN) project, supported by NALAS and funded by #GIZ, focused on developing the capacities of local government associations, water supply and sewage companies and their members in the Western Balkans.
