Council of Europe Congress – 48th Session
The 48th Session of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities is taking place at the Council of Europe! A key moment for the strengthening of local and regional democracy across Europe.
Albania participates in this session through the National Association of Municipalities of Albania, represented by Mayors Mr. Sotiraq Filo
Ms. Majlinda Bufi, Ms. Juliana Memaj, Executive Director Ms. Adelina Farrici and youth delegate @Maylinda Bajramj.

Good governance and local autonomy
Human rights at the local level
Sustainable development and the impact of climate change
Ms. Majlinda Bufi gave a speech on women in politics and their role in local governance, highlighting the need for greater support and wider access for women engaged in politics!
