The Workshop on the Strategy, Policies and Regulations of the Training Unit of the National Association of Municipalities of Albania was successfully completed!
On March 27-28, at the premises of Xheko Imperial, Tirana, the National Association of Municipalities of Albania held an intensive and collaborative training with the participation of SHKBSH staff, representatives from its forums and NALAS. During these two days, the participants:
Were introduced to the importance of the Training Unit and its role in increasing the capacities of local governments.
Discussed and agreed on the main elements of the Strategy and Policies of the Training Unit.
Analyzed the challenges and opportunities for a sustainable and appropriate approach to training at the national level.
Built a shared vision for the future of training, focusing on stakeholder engagement and the use of contemporary methods.
The creation of these strategic documents is essential for ensuring a structured and long-term approach to local government capacity development, ensuring quality and sustainability in the training process.
