SHKBSH participated in the 20th NALAS General Assembly

SHKBSH, represented by the Executive Director Ms. Adelina Farrici, participated in the 20th NALAS General Assembly, held this year in the city of Varaždin, Croatia!

This important event brought together high-level representatives from the region to discuss the challenges and priorities of local government in Southeastern Europe. At the center of the discussions were key topics such as social inclusion and integration into the European Union at the local level.

We had the pleasure of listening to important leaders such as:

Mr. Dušan Raičević, President of NALAS
Ms. Jelena Drenjanin from the Council of Europe
Ms. Kata Tüttő from the European Committee of the Regions
Ms. Ruth Huber, Ambassador of Switzerland to Albania

Very valuable messages were also shared through video messages from:

Mr. Fabrizio Rossi, Secretary General of CEMR
Ms. Marta Kos, Commissioner for Enlargement of the EU

The 2024 reports, the Work Plan and the Budget for 2025 were approved, and the new President of NALAS, Mr. Dubravko Bilic, and his three Vice-Presidents were inaugurated.
