The National Association of Municipalities (NAM) represents Albania in an international training in Skopje!
From July 21 to 25, in Skopje – North Macedonia, the international training “#RCDN Generic Training of Trainers for Master Trainers” was held, organized within the framework of the RCDN project, by NALAS in cooperation with GIZ.
#NAM was represented by two participants, who will now join the team of trainers of the National Association of Municipalities, bringing new quality standards in capacity development within member municipalities.
The aim of this training was to improve the methodological competences of the master trainers, to enable them to provide training and mentoring according to the RCDN Quality Standards, as well as to share experiences and good practices between the countries of the region.
Our participants were actively engaged and brought the Albanian experience and perspective to the regional table of inter-municipal cooperation.
This representation is an important step in strengthening the internal capacities of the Association and the professional support provided to municipalities across the country.
