Today in Pogradec where we held the first regional meeting for the presentation of the Draft-Strategy of the National Association of Municipalities of Albania 2026-2030.
This meeting aims to collect suggestions and recommendations, ensuring that the strategic plan reflects the real needs of municipalities and future challenges, including the EU accession process
Discussions with local government stakeholders are a necessary contribution to the creation of a comprehensive document, which will guide the actions and priorities of municipalities in the coming years.
This collaborative process shows the importance of involving local stakeholders in the design of long-term policies that affect the sustainable development and European integration of the country.
The activity was carried out with the support of Swiss Development & Cooperation (SDC) and #Nalas, as part of the commitment to strengthen local government capacities and promote sustainable development.
