The National Association of Municipalities of Albania, chaired by the Executive Director, Ms. Adelina Farrici, welcomed today the experts of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for a discussion on local finances in the country 🇦🇱 The meeting focused on an in-depth analysis of the fiscal framework in Albanian municipalities, as an essential step towards strengthening local governance and economic development.
