Korçë | Regional Forum: “Cyber ​​Security in Municipalities”
#ShKBSH, in collaboration with the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF) and the National Authority for Cyber ​​Security, organized the Regional Forum “Cyber ​​Security in Municipalities”, with the support of the British Government.
We were pleased to have the Mayor of Korçë, Mr. Sotiraq Filo, as well as the deputy mayors, heads of municipal councils and IT specialists from the Korçë and Gjirokastër regions present.
This forum is an important opportunity to:
Present the preliminary findings of an assessment report on cybersecurity in municipalities in the country
Present the role of the National Cyber ​​Security Authority, the legal framework and the obligations of local government
Discuss concrete steps to be taken to strengthen the protection of municipalities against cyber attacks
The forum aims to foster institutional dialogue, sharing of good practices and inter-institutional cooperation for a safer and more resilient local government in the digital age.
