The National Association of Municipalities held the second day of the Pre-University Education Forum Meeting, focused on reflecting on the results of the first day and setting priorities for 2026.
During the meeting, the communication campaign for community awareness and sensitization on the importance of preschool education was presented.
In the framework of drafting the work plan of the forum, among other things, the following were discussed:
Drafting proposals for legal recommendations for improving and clarifying the division of competences
Drafting proposals regarding the cost of services
Organizing activities with a focus on the exchange of good practices between municipalities
This activity was supported by the Strong Municipalities project, funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), the Embassy of Switzerland in Albania and the Embassy of Sweden in Tirana, and implemented by Helvetas.
