📢 The two-day Bootcamp Training for Migration and Diaspora Structures in Municipalities was successfully held
📍 The National Association of Municipalities of Albania, in collaboration with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), Mission in Albania, organized the training on the Digital Platform for the Local Network on Migration and Diaspora.
This activity is being held within the framework of the United Kingdom-funded project, “Strengthening Local Institutional Capacities for Migration in Albania”, with the aim of strengthening the capacities of municipalities in managing migration issues and engaging the diaspora. 🇬🇧
🔎 The training covered:
✅ Summary of SOPs for internal migration and diaspora engagement
✅ Login to the LNM Platform – transparency, accountability and tracking of activities
✅ Access management and data protection 🔐
✅ Automated processes for documentation and reporting by municipalities
💬 Participants engaged in interactive discussions and practical sessions, testing the platform functionalities and sharing concrete experiences from their work at the local level.
