Today, the #NationalAssociationofMunicipalitiesofAlbania (NAMA), in collaboration with the StrongMunicipalities project, organized the Meeting of the Forum of Municipal Council Secretaries.
This meeting marks an important moment towards the creation and functioning of the Forum, as a platform for cooperation and exchange of experiences between municipal council secretaries from all over the country 🇦🇱
💬 During the activity, the following was discussed:
✔️ The role and functioning of the Forum
✔️ Challenges and needs in the exercise of duties
✔️ Recommendations for improving the functioning of municipal councils
✔️ Successful practices from municipalities
📌 Today’s discussions will serve to draft concrete proposals, with the aim of strengthening institutional capacities and improving local governance in Albania.
