🤝 Towards a new standard for Strategic Communication in Municipalities, for stronger communication bridges with citizens!
📢 #SHKBSH organized the 1st meeting of the Communication Forum, which brought together the spokespersons and communication officers of Albanian municipalities. We had the pleasure of sharing their experiences with the participation of Ms. Majlinda Bufi and Ms. Juliana Memaj, mayors who brought to the discussion their concrete experience in institutional communication with citizens.
📊 During the meeting, the findings of the survey on the communication capacities of municipalities were presented and work began on the drafting of the Strategic Roadmap Package, a standardized document that aims to bring European best practices in the function of a more effective, professional, transparent and inclusive communication. ✅
