#ShKBSH organized the training of the Social Forum of Municipalities on the topic “Management of Emergency Cases of Children at Risk and Victims of Domestic Violence”, bringing together social service professionals from different municipalities of the country to share experiences, discuss daily challenges and exchange good practices in managing emergency cases.
📘 During the training, the Protocol for the Management of Emergency Cases of Children at Risk and Victims of Domestic Violence was presented, a practical instrument that aims to support local professionals to act with speed, clarity and professionalism in emergency situations.
💬 Through discussions and practical exercises, participants identified concrete ways to improve inter-institutional coordination 🤝, case documentation 📑 and the provision of protective services at the local level.
👉 The activity was carried out by the National Association of Municipalities of Albania, in collaboration with NALAS and with the support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) Swiss Development & Cooperation🇨🇭.
