📍 SHKBSH organized today the Human Resources Forum meeting, bringing together representatives of municipalities from across the country to discuss current challenges and priorities of human resources management at the local level.
During the forum, issues related to the development of professional capacities of local administration, recruitment and retention of qualified staff, employee motivation, as well as strengthening modern human resources management practices were addressed. Participants shared experiences and practices from their municipalities, highlighting the need for continuous cooperation and exchange of experiences to improve the functioning of local administration.
An important part of the discussions was also dedicated to drafting the Forum’s work plan for the next three years, with the aim of defining strategic priorities, strengthening cooperation between municipalities and supporting the development of policies and practices that contribute to a more professional, efficient and citizen-oriented local administration.
🤝 The forum confirmed the importance of human resources training as one of the main factors for increasing the quality of public services and strengthening local governance.
This activity was carried out with the support of the project “Strengthening the National Association of Municipalities”, funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) Swiss Development & Cooperation Embassy of Switzerland in Albania and supported by the Network of Local Authorities Associations in South-East Europe (NALAS).
