👥 Human Resources Forum discusses recommendations for strengthening human resources management in municipalities!
📍 The National Association of Municipalities of Albania held the meeting of the Steering Board of the Human Resources Forum, focused on discussing the final recommendations for improving human resources management in local self-government units.
💬 During the meeting, recommendations aimed at strengthening the institutional capacities of municipalities, improving human resources management practices and increasing the quality of public services for citizens were addressed.
🤝 The Human Resources Forum plays an important role as a platform for cooperation and coordination between municipalities, contributing to the drafting of joint policies and solutions for the development of local administration.
🗂️ The Board members also discussed the priorities and work plan of the Forum for the coming period.
🌍 This activity was carried out within the framework of the project “Strengthening the National Association of Municipalities”, funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) Swiss Development & Cooperation and supported by the Network of Local Authorities Associations in South-East Europe (NALAS).
