📅 Last week, the National Association of Municipalities participated in the regional workshop organized by NALAS, within the framework of the joint program of the 🇪🇺 European Union and the Council of Europe, LORAI, which aims to strengthen the involvement of local governments in the implementation and monitoring of the Reform Agendas in the Western Balkans.
🤝 During the workshop, the Executive Director Adelina Farrici and representatives of the National Association of Municipalities contributed to the discussions on the identification of key indicators of the implementation of the Reform Agendas related to local governance, as well as the exchange of experiences on data collection, monitoring of reforms and the challenges faced by municipalities.
💬 Through interactive sessions, participants discussed the most effective ways to collect data 📈, monitor progress and secure financial resources 💶 for the implementation of reforms at the local level.
🖥️ The participants’ contribution also helped in the development of the LORAI Dashboard, a regional tool that will support the monitoring of the progress of the Reform Agendas from the perspective of local government, promoting data-based decision-making 📊 and closer cooperation 🤝 between municipalities and regional partners.
